1) Adopt a Growth Mindset- people with growth mindsets believe that intelligence and ability constantly expand, so they're never limited by what they have now.
2) Build Momentum- take one small step at a time to build Momentum on your goals. Start with something you can accomplish every day or week!
3) Embrace the Struggle- the struggle is important because it leads to personal growth. It's not about being happy all the time but learning how to work through challenging situations and keep going forward.
4) Get Clear on What You Want- make sure you know why you want
5) Seek Out Rejection- we tend to gravitate away from rejection, but it's important to find ways of putting yourself out there and making yourself vulnerable in the name of becoming more attractive and dynamic. It takes courage and confidence to take risks and accept challenges - which is the key to building resilience.
